Who we are

Abel is a computational reasoning infrastructure company. Our platform provides causal modeling, structured simulation, and analytical tools designed to support exploration of relationships, interventions, and hypothetical scenarios.

Registration and access

Software and integrations

The Services may include downloadable software or API integrations. Such software may update automatically. Some components may include open-source software governed by separate licenses.

Third-party services

The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services, data sources, or blockchain networks. Abel is not responsible for the availability, performance, or accuracy of third-party systems.

If you choose to interact with third-party services through Abel, those services are governed by their own terms.

Content

You may submit prompts, data, variables, or other materials (“Input”) to the Services. The Services may generate analytical results, models, simulations, or strategy outputs (“Output”). Input and Output together are “Content.”

You are responsible for ensuring that your Input does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

As between you and Abel, you retain ownership of your Input. Subject to applicable law, Abel assigns to you any rights it may have in Output generated specifically for you, excluding underlying software, models, and infrastructure.

Due to the nature of computational systems, Outputs may not be unique and similar results may be generated for other users.

We may use Content to operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Services, unless you opt out where available.

Accuracy and system limitations

Causal modeling, simulation, and analytical systems rely on structured assumptions, statistical inference, and algorithmic processes.

Outputs may:

• Reflect modeled or hypothetical relationships rather than verified real-world causation.

• Depend on user-provided data.

You are responsible for evaluating Outputs before relying on them.

Outputs should not be used as the sole basis for professional, financial, medical, legal, or other critical decisions.

Financial simulation disclaimer

If the Services provide financial modeling, forecasting, or strategy simulation tools, such Outputs are provided for informational and research purposes only.

Abel does not provide investment advice and is not a broker, dealer, or financial advisor.

All simulations are hypothetical and may differ materially from real-world outcomes. Market conditions, liquidity, regulatory changes, and unforeseen events may impact actual results.

If you execute trades, deploy strategies, or interact with blockchain networks based on Outputs, you assume all associated risks. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.

Fees and payments

Certain features may require payment. You agree to provide valid payment information and to pay applicable fees and taxes.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may modify pricing upon reasonable notice.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if your use poses risk to the platform or other users.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABEL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ABEL IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

If you use the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abel from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
