The Role

We’re hiring the 100x Principal AI Engineers with hands-on AI full stack and agent experience You’ll design and deploy core models that tackle high-stakes challenges in general agentic reasoning flows, specifically for finance/retailing/content and beyond, leveraging multi-source text and time series data to evolve our intelligent decision engine.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and ship production-grade AI products for real-world decision-making systems.
• Own mission-critical projects across multimodal data pipelines, model optimization, and system scalability.
• Collaborate with world-class researchers and engineers to redefine AI’s role in high-impact domains.

What We Look For

• AI Fundamentals: Deep knowledge of deep learning, generative models, graph networks, and PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Large Language Model Expertise: Proven experience pretraining/fine-tuning or deploying LLMs or multi-agent systems (must have shipped impactful projects).
• Builder Mindset: Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and ships solutions, not just doc.
• Time Series Mastery (plus): Fluency in modern TS methods (Transformers, State Space Models, etc.) with domain expertise in financial markets
• Causal Inference Skills (Plus): Strong grasp of causal discovery, do-calculus, or counterfactual reasoning.
